M900 RubrPave
SEBS Pavement Sealer

USES: M900 RubrPave protects asphalt roadways, driveways, parking areas, playgrounds, sport courts, and other similar paved areas. RubrPave is also applied so as to beautify asphalt pavements with a rich, black surface color. RubrPave can be applied over asphalt aggregate patches after they have set up. RubrPave provides a skid resistant surface, and replenishes the asphalt particles that are lost due to oxidation and erosion. Furthermore, RubrPave improves drainage by forming a smooth surface, making it easier to sweep and clean with water.

DIRECTIONS: M900 RubrPave is friendly to apply, especially in warm, dry conditions. RubrPave sets up in approximately 1 to 4 hours, depending on weather conditions. Apply with a squeegee or medium stiff bristle brush. Do not apply RubrPave if rain or excessive humidity is imminent either during or immediately following application; or if the outside temperature is below 50¾ F. Clean gravel, dirt, vegetation, and debris from the application area. Clean oil and gas spots and prime with A940 OilSpot. Fill cracks between .25" and 1.0" with A910 RubrFilr. Clean and fill potholes in the asphalt pavement with A950 AtcoPatch. Apply RubrPave directly from the container without diluting. Thoroughly mix RubrPave just prior to application. Apply RubrPave in two layers at the uniform rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet per layer, totaling 3 gallons per 100 square feet for the entire application. For a premium installation, apply the second layer perpendicular to the first layer. The actual rate of application will depend upon the condition of the asphalt pavement surface being coated. Allow a minimum of 24 hours to dry before traffic is permitted over the RubrPave. Before releasing traffic, test the RubrPave to confirm that it has adequately set up.

DESCRIPTION: M900 RubrPave is a quality, high solids emulsified asphalt manufactured from 100% commercial paving grade asphalt. RubrPave has been engineered to provide a premium seal coating that protects asphalt pavements from the degrading effects of the environment. RubrPave is a patented breakthrough achieved by Fields in SEBS chemistry. The SEBS rubber in RubrPave provides maximum elastic performance against thermal shock, the daily expansion and contraction of a roof caused by temperature changes. SEBS rubber polymers are the only ones known to effectively resist the sun's destructive UV rays that attack the roof membrane making it brittle and weak, inducing membrane ruptures during thermal shock cycles. RubrPave is your best defense against these attacks. With RubrPave your asphalt pavements will perform much longer.

SPECIFICATIONS: M900 RubrPave exceeds the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials: ASTM D 2939. Maximum VOC 0 grams per liter.

PACKAGING: M900 RubrPave is available in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, and bulk.
