UL CLASSIFICATIONS

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SYSTEMS

Unless otherwise indicated, the base sheet may be mechanically secured, spot or fully adhered along with the ply, cap sheet and/or polyester with hot asphalt, "Fields F100 PowrCoat" or "Fields F110 PowrLap" at the rate of 2.5 or more gal/sq or hot roofing asphalt.
"Fields MT3 RubrPac" or "Fields MT4 RubrPac" may be substituted for hot asphalt in all applicable Classifications, which do not exceed 1/2 in. incline for cap sheet systems.
"Fields M100 RubrCoat" may be substituted for "Fields F100 PowrCoat" in all applicable Classifications, which do not exceed 1/2 in. incline.
"Fields M150 RubrSeal" may be substituted for "Fields F110 PowrLap" in all applicable Classifications, which do not exceed 1/2 in. incline.
"Fields F600 FlameBloc", may be substituted for Fields 600 series Aluminum Coating in all Classifications.
Type G3 "F58 GlasCap" may be substituted as a surfacing option in all applicable Classifications.
"Fields T3 Type 3", "Fields T4 Type 4 (hot asphalt)", "Fields MT3 RubrPac" or "Fields MR4 RubrPac" (SEBS modified hot asphalt) may be substituted for "Fields F100 PowrCoat", "Fields M100 RubrCoat", "Fields F100 PowrLap" or "Fields M150 RubrSeal" in all applicable Classifications, which do not exceed 1/2 in. incline.
"Fields M62 RubrGlas" or "Fields M66 RubrGlas2" may be substituted for "Fields Glass" Type G1 and G2 products in all Classifications.
"Fields M700 RubrGard" may be substituted for "Fields F700 PowrGard" in all applicable Classifications.
EPS/composite or EPS/perlite as a roofing insulation may be used when hot roofing asphalt is used to adhere the base, ply, cap sheet or polyester.
Refer to "MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SYSTEMS" at the beginning of this product category for clarification of other systems in this category.
Two Type G1 products may be substituted for one Type G2 product in any of the following Classifications.

Class A

1. Deck: NC Incline: 1/2
Existing Roof System: Class A or B covered with:
Insulation (Optional): Any thickness, one or more layers UL Classified perlite, wood fiber, glass fiber, polyisocyanurate, polyisocyanurate/composite, or PAROC roof insulation.
Base Sheet (Optional): Any "Fields Glass" Type G2 product.
Ply Sheet (Optional): One or more layers "Fields Glass" Type G1 or G2 product or "Fields M66 RubrGlas2".
Polyester: One or more layers polyester (Max weight 3 oz/sq yd) (Not UL Classified), applied in "Fields F100 PowrCoat", "Fields F110 PowrLap", "Fields M700 RubrGard", "Fields F700 PowrGard " or "Fields F750 PowrGard2", 2.5-3.5 gal/sq.

Coating and Surfacing Options:
Note: The following systems A through C are options only when "Fields F100 PowrCoat" or "Fields F110 PowrLap" is used to adhere the base, ply and/or Polyester.
A. Coating: "Fields F100 PowrCoat" or "Fields F110 PowrLap ", 2.5 or more gal/sq.
Surfacing: "Fields F540 SunShield2 or F550 SunShield" or "Fields F640 SolrShield2, F630 SolrShield3 or F650 SolrShield", 1-2 gal/sq.

Note: The following systems D through F are options only when "Fields M700 RubrGard", "Fields F700 PowrGard" or "Fields F750 PowrGard2" are used to adhere the Polyester.
D. Coating: "Fields M700 RubrGard", 2.5 or more gal/sq.

Insulation: Any thickness, one or more layers Johns Manville "Retro-Fit" cover board, "Fesco", "ISO 1", "ENRGY-2", 3/4 in. "Fesco" over polystyrene or any UL Classified polyisocyanurate insulation, mechanically fastened or hot mopped.
Ply Sheet: One or more plies Type G1 or G2, hot mopped.
Membrane: "Fields M68" (modified bitumen), hot mopped.

4. Deck: NC Incline: 1/2
Existing Roof System: Class A, B or C, gravel or smooth surfaced, covered with:
Insulation (Optional): Any thickness, one or more layers Johns Manville "Retro-Fit" cover board, "Fesco", "ISO 1", "ENRGY-2", 3/4 in. "Fesco" over polystyrene or any UL Classified polyisocyanurate insulation, mechanically fastened or hot mopped.
Base Sheet: One or more plies Type G1 or G2, hot mopped.
Membrane: "Fields M68" (modified bitumen), hot mopped.

5. Deck: C-15/32 Incline: 1/2
Existing Roof System: Class A, B or C, gravel or smooth surfaced, covered with:
Insulation: One or more layers, any thickness, Johns Manville "Fesco", "Fesco-Foam", "ISO 1", "ENRGY-2" or any UL Classified polyisocyanurate insulation, in combination (optional) with 1/2 in. "Retro-Fit" cover board, first layer mechanically attached, subsequent layers adhered with "Fields F100 PowrCoat" or 3/4 in. "Fesco" over polystyrene, mechanically attached.

Class B
