UL CLASSIFICATIONS

COLD APPLICATION SYSTEMS

Unless otherwise indicated, the base sheet may be mechanically secured, spot or fully adhered along with the ply, cap and/or polyester sheets with "Fields F100 PowrCoat" or "Fields F110 PowrLap" at the rate of 2.5 or more gal/sq.
When a Type G3 "F58 GlasCap" is applied with the mineral side down as an alternate to any specified base sheet directly over a combustible deck, omit the use of "Kraft Sheathing Paper".
"Fields M100 RubrCoat Fibered Roof Coating" may be substituted for "Fields F100 PowrCoat" in all applicable Classifications, which do not exceed 1/2 in. incline.
"Fields M150 RubrSeal" may be substituted for "Fields F110 PowrLap" in all applicable Classifications, which do not exceed 1/2 in incline.
"Fields F600 FlameBloc" or " M600 FireBloc" may be substitued for "Fields 500 or 600 series Aluminum Coating" in all Classifications.
"Fields M700 RubrGard" may be substituted for "Fields F700 PowrGard" in all applicable Classifications.
Two Type G1 products may be substituted for one Type G2 product in any of the following Classifications.
Type G3 "F58 GlasCap" may be substituted as a surfacing option in all applicable Classifications.
Gravel or slag may be substituted as a surfacing option in all applicable Classifications.
"Fields T3 Type 3", "Fields T4 Type 4 (hot asphalt)", "Fields MT3 RubrPac"or "Fields MT4 RubrPac" (SEBS modified hot asphalt) may be substituted for "Fields F100 PowrCoat", "Fields M100 RubrCoat Fibered Roof Coating", "Fields F110 PowrLap", "Fields M150 RubrSeal" in all applicable Classifications, which do not exceed 1/2 in. incline.
"Fields M62 RubrGlas", "Fields M66 RubrGlas" may be substituted for "Fields Glass" Type G1 and G2 products in all Classifications.

Class A

1. Deck: NC Incline: 1/2
Insulation (Optional): Any thickness, one or more layers UL Classified perlite, wood fiber, glass fiber, polyisocyanurate, polyisocyanurate/composite or PAROC roof insulation.
Base Sheet (Optional): Any "Fields Glass" Type G1 or G2 product.
Ply Sheet: One or more layers "Fields Glass" Type G1 or G2 product.
Coating and Surfacing Options:
A. Coating: "Fields F100 PowrCoat" or "Fields F110 PowrLap", 2.5 or more gal/sq.
Surfacing: "Fields F540 SunShield2 or F550 SunShield", "Fields F640, SolrShield2, F630 SolrShield 3 or F650 SolrShield ", "Fields F700 PowrGard" or "Fields F750 RainGard", "Fields M800 RubrStar", "Fields M860 PolrBrite""Fields F880 SunGard or " Fields M850 PolrShield", 1-2 gal/sq.

4. Deleted.

5. Deck: C-15/32 Incline: 1
Insulation: Any thickness, one or more layers Johns Manville "Fesco" or any UL Classified polyisocyanurate insulation. One layer of 1/2 in. "Retro-Fit" cover board may be placed on top of the above insulations but is not acceptable by itself.
Base Sheet: Type G2 "Fields Glass".
Ply Sheet: Type G1 "Fields Glass".
Cap Sheet: Type G3 "F58 GlasCap".

6. Deck: NC Incline: 1/2
Insulation (Optional): Any thickness, one or more layers UL Classified perlite, wood fiber, glass fiber, polyisocyanurate, polyisocyanurate/composite or PAROC roof insulation.
Base Sheet (Optional) (May be interchanged with ply sheet layer) : One layer polyester "Fields F50 PolyShield", "Fields F55 PolyShield2", "Fields M60 RubrPoly" or "Fields M64 RubrPoly2" or more layers polyester (min weight 3 oz/sq yd) (Not UL Classified).
Ply Sheet: One or more layers "Fields Glass" Type G1 or G2 product or "Fields M66 RubrGlas2".
Coating and Surfacing Options:
A. Coating: "Fields F100 PowrCoat", "Fields M100 RubrCoat", "Fields F110 PowrLap", "Fields M150 RubrSeal", 2.5 or more gal/sq.

Insulation (Optional): Any thickness, one or more layers UL Classified glass fiber, polyisocyanurate/composite or PAROC roof insulation, perlite (3/4 in. min thickness), polyisocyanurate (2 in. min thickness).
Bottom Layer: "Kraft Sheathing Paper", mechanically secured. (May be omitted when roof insulation is used).
Base Sheet: Any "Fields Glass" Type G2 product.
Ply Sheet: Two or more layers "Fields Glass" Type G2 product or one "Fields Glass" Type G2 followed by one or more layers of "Fields Glass" Type G1 product.

Coating and Surfacing Options:
A. Coating: "Fields F100 PowrCoat" or "Fields F110 PowrLap", 2.5 or more gal/sq.
Surfacing: "Fields F540 SunShield2 or F550 SunShield ", "Fields F640 SolrShield2, F630 SolrShield3 or F650 SolrShield ", 1-2 gal/sq; "Fields M800 RubrStar", "Fields F880 SunGard", "Fields M860 PolrBrite" or "Fields M850 PolrShield", 1-2 gal.

Cap: "F58 GlasCap" Type G3.

4. Deleted.

6. Deck: NC Incline: 3
Insulation (Optional): Any thickness, one or more layers Johns Manville "Fesco", "Fesco-Foam", "Fes-Core" or any UL Classified polyisocyanurate insulation, fastened in combination (optional) with 1/2 in. "Retro-Fit" cover board or 3/4 in. "Fesco" over polystyrene.
Ply Sheet: Two or more plies Type G1 "Fields Glass".
Cap Sheet: Type G3 "F58 GlasCap".

7. Deck: C-15/32 Incline: 1/2
Vapor Barrier: Kraft paper nailed.
Base Sheet: One layer of (5.4 oz/square yd) polyester fabric (not Classified) adhered with "Fields M100 RubrCoat" at 3.0 gal/sq.
Ply Sheet: Two plies of "Fields M66 RubrGlas 2" (SEBS Base Sheet) or Type G2 adhered with "Fields M100 RubrCoat" at 3.0 gal/sq.
Surfacing: "Fields M100 RubrCoat" at 2.5 gal/sq. with either 50 lb/sq. of roofing granules or 3 lb/sq. of aluminum flakes spread into the coating.
