I. 100 to 600 Series: Asphalt Cutback Technology

Each cutback asphalt in the 100 series is fibered and can be applied for both the following applications; adhesives for reinforcing sheets and protective coatings. For adhesive applications, uniformly apply the asphalt selected at the following rates per 100 sq ft: 4 gals for each layer of rigid insulation boards, base sheets, ply sheets, and cap sheets; 4 gals for RMAC SilvrStars aluminum chips; 5 gals for RMCG PolrWhite ceramic granules; and 8 gals for RMPG washed .25" pea gravel. For protective coating applications, uniformly apply the asphalt selected at the following rates per 100 sq ft: 4 gals for a protective coating and 2 gals for a glaze coating.

Each cutback coating in the 400 series is nonfibered and can be applied for all the following applications; primer coatings, foundation coatings, and protective coatings. Apply each layer of the coating selected at the uniform rate of 1 gal per 100 sq ft. Additional coating layers can be applied for greater performance. However, only apply one layer for primer applications.
